The elders in Idanre Land gathered and appeased the gods for peace, and prayed for a king who would favour the land. As well, they prayed against violence in Idanre Land.

Leading this session were High Chief Akinloye (the Ojomu) and High Chief Alalabiaye (the Osolo) of Idanre Kingdom.
