Yesterday, JCIN Amb. Akinbode Abitogun, 2026 President, JCI Nigeria, attended the JCI Olubadan Leadership & Business Summit 3.0, alongside JCI Sen. Ayodeji Akinwande, Interim Executive Secretary, JCIN Amb. Lanre Alawode, 2026 Executive Vice President, Northwest, JCI Nigeria, several Local Organization Presidents, and members from across the JCI Nigeria network.
Centered on the theme, โRedefining the Future: Building Scalable Structures for Business and Leadership Excellence,โ the summit challenged participants to think beyond short-term success and focus on creating systems that outlive individuals. From business growth to organizational leadership, the conversations reinforced a simple truth: sustainable impact is built on intentional structures, visionary leadership, and consistent ex*****on.
In his remarks, JCIN Amb. Akinbode Abitogun emphasized that true leadership is not measured by how much one can achieve alone, but by the systems, people, and opportunities intentionally built to thrive long after oneโs tenure. He encouraged participants to embrace collaboration, remain committed to continuous learning, and lead with integrity, purpose, and service.
The summit served as another reminder that the future doesnโt happen by chance; it is designed by leaders who are willing to think differently, build intentionally, and invest in people.
