Meet Jesutomilola Oladimeji. She is a physiologist who is deeply passionate about growth, volunteering, and creating meaningful impact within her community. She also serves as a Project Manager at The Physiology Spot, where she contributes to coordinating initiatives that align with her values of development and service.

Beyond her primary profession, she is a multi-talented creative who works as a video editor, videographer, and hairstylist. She also engages in the production of packaging items such as boxes and paper bags, reflecting her versatility and entrepreneurial spirit. Her wide range of skills has earned her the reputation of being a “jack of all trades,” a title she embraces with humor and pride, as she is also involved in graphic design and content creation.

Jesutomilola encourages others to remain steadfast in faith and gratitude. She believes that even in moments of loneliness or uncertainty, God is always present and actively working in one’s life. For this reason, she emphasizes the importance of maintaining a heart of thanksgiving regardless of circumstances.

Her fondness for COH stems from the sense of genuine community it provides. To her, COH is more than just an organization; it is a family that fosters growth, connection, and purpose.

When asked to describe herself as a fruit, she chooses the coconut. This is because, like a coconut that thrives even in harsh and challenging environments, she sees herself as resilient—able to endure difficulties, adapt to situations, and keep moving forward despite obstacles.

We love you and we are glad you are here!❤️

Prayer is core to the Christian faith, however do we pray always right?

What does it mean to pray right or pray according to God’s will? Does God give us what we desire as against His will?

This session of HST promises to be one filled with light, we would see from scriptures how our desires and the will of God come to play in our lives.

We can’t wait to see you on the inside!🤝🏾

LUMINARY OF THE WEEK✨✨

Meet Joshua Odunuga, a creative graphic designer currently exploring opportunities within the marketing communications industry. With a passion for creativity and clear communication, Joshua has built a reputation for simplifying ideas and presenting them in ways that resonate with everyone in the room.

When asked to share a word of encouragement with community members, Joshua reflected on the different seasons of life. According to him, life moves in phases — some difficult, some beautiful — but none of them last forever. He encourages people to remain committed to what is required of them in the present while trusting the process. He compares life to a jigsaw puzzle: though the pieces may not make sense at first, they eventually come together beautifully in time.

One of the reasons Joshua loves COH is because of its engaging conversations and consistently insightful sessions. For him, the community stands out as a place where meaningful interactions happen and where there is always something valuable to look forward to.

Interestingly, if Joshua were to describe himself as a fruit, he would choose a pineapple. He explains that while he may appear solid and defined on the surface, he is soft and warm at heart. He also describes himself as someone who moves with intention and leads in a quiet yet steady way.

LUMINARY OF THE WEEK ✨✨

Meet Adedina Oreoluwa; currently in a season of transition.

Her word of encouragement to us is drawn from 2 Timothy 1:7 — that we are not given a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. She reminds us that whatever we’re building, we already carry everything we need. Show up consistently. Extend grace to yourself when you stumble. Progress matters more than perfection. Your journey is yours and yours alone.

One fun fact: Oreoluwa loves trying new recipes and putting her own creative spin on familiar ones.

She describes COH as a place where she can be fully herself while learning from the people around her. What draws her in is the intentionality, the support, and the reminder that she is part of something far greater than her individual journey.

If she were a fruit, she’d be a pineapple — tough and spiky on the outside, but sweet and refreshing on the inside. She may take time to warm up, but her loyalty is genuine and her care runs deep. And like a pineapple, she knows that growing properly takes time. A work in progress — and fully at peace with that.

We love you, Oreoluwa, and we are so glad you are here! ❤️

There is always something about the coming together of intentional people that always leave a mark, definitely the conversation didn’t end when the session did.

Guided by Tolu Alade, it went beyond personal branding or professional identity. It was a honest check-in, on what we have been carrying, what we have been showing, and what still needs God’s refining.

Somewhere in that room, the question shifted from “How do I present myself?” to “Does my life reflect who I say I am?”

This week, we are up for another enlightening session with Folakemi Ishola, if you registered for The Refinery- brace up! It’s about to be an amazing session!

See you on the inside

You can probably relate to the scripture in Psalm 42:11.

But the good news is that Jesus is acquainted with our frailties and our burdens and He is always there to lift those burdens and anxieties. ✨

This month’s Watchtower prayers will be one where you’d gain strength, be reaffirmed of God’s help and gain ease for the journey ahead🔥

This is our invite to you:

LUMINARY OF THE WEEK✨✨

Meet Isitua Princess Naya, she is a dedicated professional currently working as an executive assistant, while also building her craft as a nail technician on the side. Her journey reflects a commitment to growth, balancing structure with creativity in a way that continues to shape her path.

She shares a thoughtful reminder that growth is rarely loud or dramatic; sometimes it simply looks like showing up again and again, even in uncertainty. She believes purpose unfolds while you’re moving, not waiting, and draws inspiration from Colossians 3:23 as she gives her best in all she does.

Naya describes herself as someone who may appear tough on the outside, but beneath that is a vibrant and lively personality—one that ensures there is never a dull moment. She loves COH because it is clearly an intentional community, not just one trying to be.

If she were a fruit, she would be a mango—tough on the outside but soft and sweet within. Like the fruit, she embraces taking her time to grow, knowing that when the process is complete, the result is always worth it.
