THE E-NNOVATORS is a not-for-profit organization that started as a student organization founded in the University of Ibadan in 2014 to educate, empower and equip less privileged and vulnerable teenagers and youths in the society. We are passionate and committed to the development and growth of our nation by providing access to quality education, empowerment, mentorship and infrastructural support
to teenagers and youths from local communities. OUR VISION

WHAT WE DO
• We organize and provide intellectual, financial and technical support to students in less privileged public schools from local communities in gaining access to quality education and personal development.
• We develop strategic and programmatic interventions that focus on reduction of massive academic failures among students of marginalized public secondary schools.
• We provide counselling and mentorship for teenagers on academic excellence, career discovery and development, and leadership.
• We empower and equip young people with the skills required to thrive in the 21st century global market.
• We encourage, motivate and empower young people to succeed in self-employment and become entrepreneurs in order to create more jobs in the society because we know that the labour market is over saturated.
• Transform the mindset of young people, equip and orientate them on the act of social responsibilities and leadership in order to be advocates of good governance and contribute to the society’s most pressing issues.
• Collaborate and partner with other initiatives and organizations in contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) across the nation. OUR PROGRAMS
• Public Secondary Schools Empowerment Scheme (PSSES)
The empowerment scheme is designed to provide enlightenment on Career Discovery and Development, Moral Value Orientation, Academic Excellence, Leadership and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for Public Secondary Schools’ Students. It focuses on enhancing students’ academic performances, improve public schools’ certificate results; promote moral standard, develop leadership skills and increase SDGs advocacy among adolescent from local communities with provision of learning resources, mentorship, educative and enlightenment program, scholarships, technical and infrastructural support.
• Youths Development and Empowerment (YDE)
This program is developed to help the youths from local communities to be more productive, focused, success and results oriented, and determined to lead a sustainable change. It is designed to educate, empower, and equip the youths on entrepreneurship, civic engagement, ICT skills, leadership and good governance.
• Graduates of 21st Century Conference (GCC)
The conference is organized to enlighten, empower and equip undergraduates and graduates to be employable graduates, entrepreneurs, positive change agents, financially intelligent and exceptional leaders in the society. It provides access and opportunities to trainings and skills required to thrive in the 21st century market and become worthy graduates in character and sound judgement.
