INTRODUCTION
The Yoruba Muslim Scholars Association (YMSA) is an official private organization that brings the Muslim Scholars of Yorubaland in Nigeria together, and it aims to serve the Muslim community in Yorubaland. YMSA is duly registered under Nigeria Corporate Affairs Commission with RC7002107

VISION AND MISSION
The Vision: to be a scholarly and social reference authority that contribute

s to the advancement of the Yoruba community in Nigeria. The Mission: to enhance the role of scholars and propagators, and to unite their ranks for purpose of leading the Yoruba community on the path of sound Islamic creedal methodology. To preserve the creed of Muslims and spread moderate Islamic methodology derived from the Book of Allah (Qur’an) and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (May the blessings and peace of Allah be upon him).
