AND IT IS A WRAP!
AKINYELE 2026 can be said to be one of the most memorable camping experiences for the Nigerian Red Cross Society, Oyo State Branch.
From the little ones in the Junior Red Cross Course, to the Basic First Aid, Practical First Aid, Standard First Aid, Community-Based First Aid, and Leadership sessions, every day brought something new to learn, practice and share.
But camp was not all about the classroom. From Corporate Night to Jersey Night, Movie Night, intense practical sessions, the Arena, and the much-awaited Social Night, every moment added a special memory to the journey.
And then came the crowning moment — the Mr. and Miss Red Cross Pageant, where two outstanding volunteers stepped forward to become the new faces of the Red Cross in Oyo State.
Congratulations to Bamidele Emmanuel Ojuawo and Bamidele Esther Oluwakemi, as they emerge as the new Mr. and Miss Red Cross Oyo State.
From learning to laughter, from drills to celebrations, from strangers to family — this camp gave us memories to carry home.
AKINYELE 2026 may be over, but the memories will live on.
