Most stories that we know today about things that have happened in the past we have learned through stories either written or drawn, as a person with disability there are so many ways to leave a legacy but the most important and permanent way is to have your story told by you.

The Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, represented by the Chairman and Members of the Committee on the Review of the 1999 Constitution for the South West Zone, hosted a Zonal Public Hearing for stakeholders and the general public.
During the hearing, the Yoruba Youth Assembly of Nigeria advocated for improved welfare and inclusive policies for persons living with disabilities. They specifically called for automatic employment opportunities for graduates with disabilities, emphasizing the need for equal access to job opportunities and social support.
The event was held on Friday, July 4th, and Saturday, July 5th, 2025, in Lagos.

Appeal: Help Oreoluwa See Her Dreams!
Oreoluwa Ogundeji is a bright young girl with a bright future, but her journey is facing a significant obstacle. Born visually impaired, Oreoluwa is currently undergoing rehabilitation at the Ade Okubanjo School for the Blind and Visually Impaired in Ijebu Igbo.
This school provides invaluable support, equipping Oreoluwa with essential skills like braille reading, mobility training, and daily living skills. However, the cost of her rehabilitation is a significant burden on her family.
