Real Leadership Solves Real Problems.

At YELO MENTORSHIP SCHOOL, we believe that leadership begins with seeing a need and having the courage to respond to it.

As her final project in "YMS 7.0 Leadership Project," Alechenu Favour organised a Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Outreach on June 8, 2026, in Lofty Heights School, Keffi, Nasarawa.

Through this initiative, she educated young girls on menstrual hygiene, addressed common misconceptions, encouraged healthy hygiene practices, and created a safe space for conversations that many young girls are often too shy to have.

This project reflects the kind of women YELO is committed to raising, women who lead with wisdom and purpose.

At YELO, we believe that impact is not measured by how many people know your name, but by how many lives are better because you showed up.

Our vision is to raise a generation of women who are grounded in identity, confident in purpose, and equipped to grow, lead, and impact their community.

This is why the YELO Mentorship School goes beyond teaching; we equip young women to identify needs within their communities and become part of the solution.

Every outreach, every conversation, and every life touched reminds us that leadership is influence in action.

We are proud of our mentee for choosing to educate, empower, and serve. This is what it means to put purpose into practice.

The future we envision isn't waiting to happen; it is already being built.

One young woman.
One courageous step.
One transformed community at a time.

There are conversations that change lives, and sometimes, all it takes is a young woman deciding to start one.

On June 27, 2026, Saratu Samaila, a mentee from YELO MENTORSHIP SCHOOL COHORT 7, hosted a ladies' conference at Bingham University, Karu, Nasarawa themed "Redefining Beauty: Embracing Self-Worth Beyond Appearance." as her final project from YELO Mentorship School.

We love what she chose to talk about because, in a generation where filters, trends, and social media constantly tell young women who they should be and what beauty should look like, she chose to gather ladies to remind them of who they already are.

She chose to start a different conversation. One that tells a young lady that her value isn't in the number on a scale, the shade of her skin, the clothes she wears, or the validation she receives online. That her worth was never meant to be negotiated.

And this is why we do what we do. Our vision has never been to simply mentor young women, it is to raise women who are secure in their identity, confident in their purpose, and courageous enough to become the answer to the needs around them.

We are incredibly proud of Saratu Samaila for taking what she learned and creating a space where other ladies could leave feeling seen, valued, and reminded of their worth.

So, when you think about Young Exceptional Lady's Organization- YELO, think about "One Young Woman Discovering Her voice, And Using It To Help Others Find Theirs"

One young woman.
One courageous step.
One transformed community at a time.

Leadership is not about the title., It's about taking responsibility where you are.

One of the things we emphasise at the "YELO MENTORSHIP SCHOOL" is that leadership is not something you wait to be given, it is something you practice.

As her leadership project, Odunlami Oluwatimilehin, one of our mentees took a simple but powerful step. She mobilised a team of volunteers in Ile-Ife to carry out a Community clean-up at Obalende Market, Mayfair on the 23rd of May, 2026.

What inspires us isn't just that the market became cleaner, it is that a young woman believed she could make a difference, rallied others around a shared vision, and chose action over excuses.

This is the heartbeat of YELO.

We are committed to raising women who know who they are, understand their purpose, and are equipped to create positive change wherever they find themselves.

Through YELO Mentorship School, we are not only teaching leadership but also nurturing women who will serve, influence, and impact their communities with wisdom, excellence, and compassion.

Every project completed by our mentees is a reminder that transformation goes beyond the classroom, it is reflected in the lives they touch and the communities they choose to serve.

This is the kind of generation we are raising.

One young woman.
One courageous step.
One transformed community at a time.

One month later, and we still haven't gotten over it.

The Royalty Conference was more than a gathering. It was a room filled with purpose, growth, courage, sisterhood, and unforgettable moments.

As we look through these pictures, we're reminded of every lesson shared, every connection made, every dream reignited, and every woman who chose to invest in becoming more.

To our phenomenal speakers, and thank you for pouring wisdom and truth into us. To our amazing compere, thank you for bringing life, energy, and excellence to the experience. To every woman who attended, participated, asked questions, took notes, and showed up with an open heart, thank you for making Royalty what it was.

And to our volunteers, partners, supporters, and everyone who worked behind the scenes, your contributions helped create something truly special. We are deeply grateful.

What happened at Royalty wasn't just for a day. The impact continues. The conversations continue. The growth continues.

And while we're still reliving the memories, we're already looking ahead. Bigger vision. Greater impact. More women reached.

Royalty 2027, we're coming.

Thank you for being part of the story.

Today is not just another day.

It’s the day something shifts.
It’s the day clarity meets you where you are.
It’s the day you stop overthinking and start stepping into who you truly are.

ROYALTY Conference is happening today, and this is more than an event, it’s an experience.

Not just for the sessions.
Not just for the speakers.
But for you — the lady who knows deep down that there is more.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, unsure, or just quietly desiring a change, this is your moment to show up for yourself.

There will be real conversations.
There will be honest reflection.
There will be connection, truth, and moments that stay with you long after today.

And you don’t have to come perfect. Just come open.

Come as you are. Come ready.

If you need any help or directions, find your way to Samonda or Aerodrome, call or message 07035968633 (Abigail) on WhatsApp.

Behind every meaningful gathering is a vision.

A vision shaped by experiences, conversations, prayers, and a deep desire to create something that truly matters.

Meet Grace Atanda socially known as Exceptional Grace, the founder of Young Exceptional Ladies Organisation, and the heart behind this gathering.

This isn’t just a conference she’s hosting. It’s a burden she has carried in her heart, built with prayer, thought, and a deep desire to see women truly understand who they are.

Her message is simple but powerful:
You don’t have to keep doubting yourself.
You don’t have to keep shrinking.

And beyond hosting, she will be sharing from a place that is real, relatable, and deeply intentional.

This conference is built from a place of purpose, and not pressure to host a conference.

And that is what makes it different.

If you’ve been looking for a space like this, don’t miss it.

It’s tomorrow.

Honestly, this isn’t one of those things you need to overthink.

Sometimes, you need to be in the right space, around the right conversations, at the right time.

That’s what the ROYALTY Conference is.

It's not a place to impress anyone. It's not a place where you have to show up perfectly.

Just a room where you can listen, reflect, and maybe walk away seeing things a little differently.

If you’ve been going back and forth about it, this is your sign to just come.
