A man can have every degree in the room and still lose his team, his marriage, and his peace, because he never learned to read the room.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is what separates the man who commands respect from the one who demands it. It's the ability to pause before you react. To listen before you respond. To lead with empathy without losing your strength.

Research shows that EQ accounts for nearly 90% of what sets top performers apart from peers with the same IQ and technical skills. Companies now hire for it. Relationships are sustained by it. Legacies are built on it.
