The meeting commence about 03:45pm of the day.....Opening prayer was made by Mr Femi ,and club recitation follows.... Eight (8)members started the meeting....

The chairman apologize for been absent for some while ,he said his absent is due to his health issue,and also made it clear that he has dropped letter of notification for his action,but unfortunately the executive refused to notify the house.He discuss on the anniversary due has reminder ,that the fee is 15000...,He likewise encourage the member to be faithful with their dues,and he declared that house meeting commence by May,starting from him....
[16/04, 4:21 pm] Wattsapp No: The chairman has declared that any member who wish to do his house meeting elsewhere is allow ,but the environment must be condusive for members,Mr Sunday took an excuse of contributing 3000 monthly due to his bills,the chairman declared that the contribution and house meeting fee will be given to the member who observe the house meeting on the meeting day,and all members are expected to contribute....The contribution is fee is 12000,but u are permitted to pay half or quarter of the contribution.....To make it more easier for members and house meeting debt is highly prohibited.....
[16/04, 4:21 pm] Wattsapp No: Mr Kayode suggested that the meeting day should be reconsider to two Sundays in a month ,instead of every Sunday because of inflation in fuel price ,causing the transportation fee to rise ......
