Voices from DIBAN FARI Conference 2026
What happens when passionate young people, experienced leaders, and a shared vision come together?

This.

The DIBAN FARI Leaders Conference 2026 was more than a gathering. It was a space where ideas were challenged, perspectives were broadened, and leadership became a personal responsibility.

In this recap, you'll hear directly from our convener, speakers, participants, and facilitators as they reflect on the conversations, lessons, and moments that made the conference memorable.

Thank you to everyone who made this vision a reality.
The conversations may have ended, but the work of leadership continues.

Shaping Futures, Strengthening Communities.

Some conversations stay with you long after the microphones are switched off.
Yesterday was one of those days.

At the DIBAN FARI Leaders Conference 2026, we gathered not merely to discuss leadership, but to confront the responsibility that comes with it. We listened, we questioned, we learned, and we were reminded that the future we desire will not build itself.

From the keynote challenge that called our generation to action, to the honest conversations during the panel session, the practical mentorship sessions, and the reflections from the DIBAN FARI Retreat, one thing became clear:
Leadership is not reserved for a few. It is a responsibility we must all choose.

To our speakers, mentors, volunteers, partners, and every participant who showed up ready to engage—thank you. Your presence transformed this conference from an event into a community.
The conference may have ended, but the work begins now. Because shaping futures is not a slogan.
It is a commitment.

And strengthening communities is how we honour that commitment.
DIBAN FARI. Shaping Futures, Strengthening Communities.
