Trauma occurs in everyday life, with some experiences leaving deeper scars than others. All trauma can diminish life itself - internally and externally. Medical science reveals that our bodies hold the effects of trauma long after the event has occurred.

Triumph Over Trauma is an online event (October 14 - 16) that teaches about the effects of trauma AND provides models which can be used in a variety of settings. The training is presented by the Center of Innovation in Behavioral Policy and Practice - a division of the National Association of State Mental Health Providers. A volcano erupted in Goma DRCongo - the home of one of our Women Arise leaders, and many of our vulnerable friends. Thousands of people are displaced, homes, businesses and communities are devastated.

The women want to provide food to those seeking shelter in churches, schools and stadiums. They need our support for this food ministry. Please give to Harper Hill Global, where you can count on every dollar making a big difference.
