At Kishimi Shelter and Care Foundation, we believe that when a woman is supported, empowered, and given the opportunity to thrive, entire communities rise with her.

Participants at the “Understanding Lay Counselling Concepts and Its Application” workshop came together to deepen practical skills in trauma healing and psychosocial support.
This ATJLF-funded initiative, implemented by Kishimi Shelter & Care Foundation in partnership with PsyCare Health, is empowering community members to respond effectively to mental health needs at the grassroots level.
