INNOVATIVE YOUTH MOVEMENT LEADERSHIP TRAINING COHORT 1 MINI PROJECT COMPETITION SIMP, Inc. SheWill Legacy

Before any successful project begins, one important step comes first: stakeholder engagement.

This is where we communicate the vision, mobilize community members, create awareness, and carry out sensitization. When stakeholders understand the problem and become part of the solution, the project has a stronger foundation for lasting impact.

As part of the Innovative Youth Movement Leadership Training Cohort 1, participants were challenged to design and implement community projects through a mini project competition.

Out of five project groups, two groups successfully met the competition requirements and advanced to the implementation stage.

One of the projects is EcoRise, focused on promoting environmental sustainability through community awareness and action tree planting ,climate change awareness.

Another project is Digital Inclusion for Adolescent Girls, aimed at equipping girls with digital knowledge and opportunities to thrive in today's technology-driven world.

Project targets 40 participants.
Beneficiaries solita international and investment quarters tumfure.
Tree planting target 15 households

Every impactful project starts with one question: What problem are we solving?
Once the problem is clearly identified, the next step is engaging the right stakeholders, building partnerships and resources, mobilizing the community, and working together toward sustainable solutions.

Congratulations to the teams that successfully reached this milestone. Your commitment proves that leadership is not just about ideas—it is about taking action that transforms communities.
