HASSAN CENTRAL PRIMARY SCHOOL, GOMBE CENTENARY CELEBRATION (1924–2024)
Today, Thursday, the Centenary Celebration Committee of Hassan Central Primary School, Gombe successfully concluded the Courtesy Visits under the Phase Two Activities of the school’s ongoing 100 Years Anniversary Celebration.
The delegation, led by the Founder/Coordinator of Gombe Grassroots Movement, Gara Gombe Ahmed Shuaibu, paid respectful visits to the families of:
• Late Mallam Alabura S. Kudi
• Late Jalo Waziri
• Late Mallam Jauro Dan Lawan
The committee was warmly received by the families, who expressed appreciation, offered heartfelt prayers, and pledged their full support toward the success of the centenary celebration and the continued development of Hassan Central Primary School, Gombe.
As part of their support for the school’s legacy projects, some of the families demonstrated their commitment by adopting classrooms under the Adopt-a-Classroom Initiative.
The visits also served as a moment of honor and remembrance for the immense contributions made by these respected personalities toward the growth of education and the development of Hassan Central Primary School, Gombe.
With this, Phase Two Activities of the Centenary Celebration have officially come to an end, while Phase Three Activities are scheduled to commence after the Sallah celebration, In Shaa Allah.
