The "Power Plate" (General Nutrition)
Did you know that a "full belly" isn’t always a "nourished belly"?
At the Alkali Foundation, we believe every Nigerian child deserves the right fuel to grow, learn, and thrive. To build a "Power Plate," your child needs three things every day:
✅ ENERGY: Yam, Cassava, or Rice to keep them active.
✅ GROWTH: Beans, Eggs, or Fish to build strong muscles.
✅ PROTECTION: Green leafy vegetables (Ugu/Shoko) and fruits to fight off sickness.
