CONDOLENCE MESSAGE
It is with a heavy heart that I write on behalf of the Caretaker Committee and the members of the Association to extend our deepest condolences on the tragic loss of staff of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and members of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Gombe State Chapter, in the unfortunate incident that occurred on 29th December, 2025.
This is a moment of profound sorrow, not only for the bereaved families and colleagues, but also for the entire media community in Gombe State and the general public. The invaluable contributions of the departed to public information, enlightenment, and service will be remembered with respect and gratitude.
We also express our heartfelt thoughts and prayers to those who sustained injuries and are currently receiving medical treatment. May the Almighty grant them full and speedy recovery.
We pray that souls of the departed rest in perfect peace and may the Almighty grant their families and colleagues the fortitude to endure this profound loss.
