SIP, PAINT, POETRY: HILLTOP CREATIVE ART FOUNDATION PARTNERS FOR A POST-EID CREATIVE EVENT

Gombe, 4th July, 2026 — Hilltop Creative Art Foundation, Gombe Branch, joined a lineup of creative partners to host Sip, Paint and Poetry 1.0, a Post Eid Creative Experience, at the Haruna Kadir Rasheed Hall, Gombe State University.

The event pulled in students, young minds and upcoming poets and artists for an afternoon where paintbrushes and spoken word shared the same stage. There was live painting, live poetry, and an energy that made it clear Gombe's creative scene is very much alive.

For Hilltop, the event was another step in a mission the foundation has stayed committed to: giving young poets and artists a real platform, not just a mention. Watching students who have never performed before step up and own the mic, or pick up a brush in front of strangers and just go for it, is exactly why Hilltop keeps showing up for things like this.

Sip, Paint and Poetry 1.0 will not be the last of its kind. The partners behind it are already talking about making it a regular date on Gombe's creative calendar.
