Our Designated Screening Centre (For Festac, Amuwo, Badagry Axis:

*Screening Dates:* 18th β 20th August 2026 (Tuesday Wednesday, & Thursday)

Mission Surgical Dates:15th β 20th November 2026

π Centre Screening Guidelines
Each screening centre is required to screen and prioritize cases in order of risk (from lowest to highest risk) based on the following allocations:
1. *Gynaecological Cases (12 Major Cases):*
*Conditions:* Fibroid, prolapse, ovarian/Bartholin cysts, and Female Ge***al Mutilation (FGM) correction / public education. No fibroid beyond 26 weeks must be booked.
2. *General Surgical Cases (5 Major Cases):*
*Conditions:* Thyroid enlargement, prostate enlargement, hemorrhoids, and moderate breast lumps (including cases that may require mastectomy), plus hernias, cysts, and varicocele.
3. *Minor & Intermediate General Surgical Cases (10 Cases):*
*Conditions:* Hernias, lumps, and ganglions.
4. *Paediatric Cases (3 Cases):*
*Conditions:* Herniotomy/hernia and undescended testicles (testicular torsion).
*Additional Specialties Covered:*
*Orthopaedics:* Contractures and minor bone/contracture deformity corrections.
*Plastic Surgery:* Minor badly healed burns.
*Special Focus:* Public awareness and screening for kidney failure, plus eye care/ophthalmology.
