The First Aid World Cup 2026 is underway.

At the heart of the IFRC's First Aid Vision 2030 is a simple ambition: ensuring that at least one person is trained in first aid in every home, workplace and school worldwide.

Together with DIHAD Sustainable Organisation, the IFRC is bringing this vision to life through the First Aid World Cup 2026, gathering 162 teams from 85 National Societies to showcase life-saving skills, innovation and community leadership.

The competition features three challenges where National Societies will showcase and demonstrate their expertise and knowledge across various thematic areas.

It was great to have Gov. Polis visit the Pueblo County Recreation Center emergency shelter and the Pueblo Disaster Assistance Center. In the days to come, the Red Cross is here for the Pueblo community as it begins to recover from the Aspen Acres Fire.
