My dear, this is wishing you a Happy New Month of November, 2025. In this month, money will obey you, road will obey you, good health will obey you, prosperity will obey you, divine protection will obey you. God gives us the authority in Exodus 4:1 to end, Jer 4: 4 to 7 and James 2:17 to 24. May we live to pass other months in good health.

THE EFFECTS OF UNITY.

Radio Nigeria developed a slogan "Uplifting the People and uniting the Nation".

Is Radio Nigeria still uplifting people and uniting the Nation, especially now that there are many radio stations and many people are no longer interested in tuning radio because of one thing or the other?

As for me, 2025 IFEPED Seminar with Compendium will not only facilitate full implementation of Enugu State Disability Law and sensitize annual ceremony of International Day for Persons with Disability, it will also uplift people's knowledge and unit citizens of Enugu State, making Enugu State unique among the 36 states in Nigeria.

Enugu State is not the first state in Nigeria to domesticate Disability Act but the first to print it in booklet form and launch its full implementation.
2025 IFEPED Compendium is also the first of its kind in Nigeria once it is done. This is because everyone will be interested to read it including school children and traders.

Work for it because posterity is the legacy of the future generations.

Ugwu Victor Clifford,
President of IFEPED.

IFEPED ACTIVITIES FOR HUMANITY.

IFEPED is a standard organization whose major mandate is for human empowerment through advocacy support, connection and charity. The world is created for the enjoyment of Man but even before the creation of Man himself. So IFEPED is purely for a better world by improving on the earlier purpose of Man's creation.

IFEPED do not obey any doctrine or principle except the principle of natural justice, equity and good conscience. No political party is affiliated to IFEPED. Islam and Christianity have equal rights in IFEPED likewise Traditional religion and every other groups.

IFEPED is not supporting Barr. Bright Emeka Ngene as a Labour Party man. We recognized and appreciated him as the only elected political office holder and the first legislator that attended IFEPED event when he participated in the 3rd December, 2023 World Disability Day celebration at the Michael Okpara Square, Enugu. He participated fully and also made cash donation during our Thanksgiving Service to the Rock Family Church Nigeria, Enugu that sponsored the occasion. He later called to notify us that he was removed from his seat as a member of Enugu State House of Assembly through court process. We prayed for his vindication from any cause and against any weapon fashioned against him and his political career.

Therefore, IFEPED is neither against anybody nor for anyone. If God is against Satan, the devil, He would have ended everything about Satan before us but He allows Satan to operate just like other creatures. So, IFEPED is purely working for human empowerment while the Almighty God is propelling it through human beings like you and me.

Support IFEPED for a Better World.
Ugwu Victor Clifford, President.

THE RESULTANT EFFECT OF LESS CONCERN.

When an individual forgets oneself, he/she becomes a moving ghost and forget everything about him/herself in this world. However, if opposite force or another person acts on him or her, he/she will automatically recall him/herself and everything about him/her will be remembered.
This is also known as dementia, and less concern is a symptom of dementia.
Less concern in your business.
Less concern in your academics.
Less concern in your relationship.
Less concern in your plannings.
Less concern in yourself.
Always try to live impactful life to attract name and connection for your legacy.

Support IFEPED for a Better World.
Ugwu Victor Clifford.

VEN. DR J.C. AGBO'S SON'S WEDDING TURNS INTO IFEPED CELEBRATION.
By Barr. Gab Ogbe, Acting Secretary General, IFEPED.

Ven.Dr. J.C. Agbo, the Archdeacon of St. Luke's Anglican Church, Ogui Enugu has been one of the outspoken sponsors of IFEPED. He has been one of the backbones of Mr Victor Clifford Ugwu, the President of IFEPED in his efforts to galvanize government agencies to contribute immensely to the needs of persons with disability and indigents generally.

In order to honour the Venerable for his laudable contributions to IFEPED, Mr Ugwu Victor and a few number of persons with disability in IFEPED attended the wedding reception of his son, Bishop Jonathan Agbo (Jnr) on 7th June, 2025 at Chike Nwizu Hall, Cathedral Church of the Good Shepherd Independence Layout Enugu. They had come with their widow's mite, not knowing what fate had in store for them.

Immediately Ven. Dr. J.C. Agbo sited Mr Ugwu and his colleagues at the reception, he not only excitedly announced their presence to other of his guests but also in support of his wife made a donation of Fifty Thousand naira ( #50,000) to the organization. He did not stop at this, but implored his guests to make their own donations on the spot.

It is interesting to note that Victor and IFEPED, instead of being givers became receivers of donations worth Five Hundred Thousand naira ( #500,000) from Ven. J.C.and Mrs Florence Agbo, Mr Dan and Pastor Mrs Cordelia Egbo with #300,000, Mrs Ijeoma Chukwura- Okolie with #50,000 as well as Barr. Ngozi and Hon. Mrs Nkechi Chukwura with #100,000.

Notwithstanding that the occasion was his son's, Ven. Agbo turned it around to celebrate the persons with disability in their midst. Yet, it did not deprive his son of the wedding gifts from friends, well-wishers and his church members, including the IFEPED family.

This agrees with Scriptures that says in Psalm 41:1 to 3(NLT) "Oh, the joys of those who are kind to the poor! The Lord rescues them when they are in trouble. The Lord protects them and keeps them alive. He gives them prosperity in the land and rescues them from their enemies. The Lord nurses them when they are sick and restores them to health."

May the Lord not only continue to bless Venerable Jonathan C. Agbo and his family but also the marriage of his son, Bishop in Jesus Name.

In his reaction to this kind gesture from Ven. Dr Agbo's family and his colleagues, Mr Ugwu described it as pleasant surprise, and welcome development. He thanked the family and other donors for their generous donations. He therefore used the occasion to promise to make good use of the money especially for the ex*****on of the organization's projects/programmes.

*Breaking News*:
The charge against Ugwu Victor Clifford, President of IFEPED by the Hon. Commissioner for Children, Gender Affairs and Social Development Enugu State is about to be struck out in the Enugu North Magistrate Court one. The plea was made by Prof. Agu Gab Agu and Barr. Ijeoma Nwabueze who representated J.O. Udensi & Co in the court today, 11th April, 2025.
Agu Gab Agu reminded the court that since the arraignment of Ugwu Victor Clifford, President of IFEPED on the 13th of November, 2024, the ministry and the Police as well as the Ministry of Justice that claimed to be taking over from the Police have continued giving excuses as a way of delay tactics throughout the four consecutive adjourned dates.
The Magistrate in charge of the matter accepted the request of Mr Ugwu's lawyers by suggesting to give Gender Affairs and her cohorts a grace of another one chance.
Remember that Ugwu was accused of making money in IFEPED using the name of the ministry and also documenting identities of persons with disabilities in Enugu State starting from 7th November, 2024 using the name of the ministry, even though he started it in 2021 with Hon. Princess Peace Nnaji.
The President while expressing his happiness and gratitude to his counsels for their desire to fullfil the work of Almighty God by saving him from the hands of Ministry of Children, Gender Affairs and Social Development and their conspirators promised to do a remarkable thing for the court case by facilitating empowerment of Mr Gabriel Okoh, a visually impaired man from Enugu South LGA who is among the persons with disabilities that like attending the court case with him.
He asked Mr Gabriel to submit a photograph of his aged mother who is suffering from both blindness and stroke.

Mr Cletus Okoro, reporting from Enugu North Magistrate Court 1, Enugu.
