Every child deserves more than dreams of a better future, they deserve the basic necessities that make that future possible.

This Day of the African Child, we raise our voices to advocate for every child's right to clean water, safe sanitation, and proper hygiene. Across Africa, millions of children still face barriers to these essentials, affecting their health, education and opportunities to thrive.

As we commemorate this day, let us move beyond awareness to action. Together, we can build communities where no child has to choose between going to school and fetching unsafe water, where every child can grow up healthy, protected, and full of hope.

Do you know how to check your breasts?

Self-breast examination is one of the simplest ways to detect changes early.

- Check in front of a mirror
- Check while lying down
- Check during your shower

Look out for:
Lumps, changes in shape, ni**le discharge, or unusual skin changes.

Early detection can save lives.
Take a few minutes. Know your body. Act early.

Is this something I should be worried about now?
Where can I even get screened?

These weren’t just questions, they were real concerns, spoken out loud at UNEC, Enugu.

In that moment, it stopped being just a sensitisation.
It became a conversation that mattered.

We saw curiosity turn into understanding.
Silence turn into questions, and awareness begin to take root.

Helping someone realise their health matters, and that they have the power to protect it is what we do at U-TOLF.
