"Everyone of our African ancestors was a slãve. We Africans are all descended from slãves, it's just a matter of when. Was it more recent or less recent?
But the question we should ask ourselves is what future do we want? Do we want to make slãvēry part of our constant dialogue forever? Or do we want to say, let's just move on and trēat everyone equally and according to just who they are as individuals?
