Happy International Women’s Day🥳
Dear Resilient Young Ladies,
On this International Women's Day, I want to take a moment to celebrate each and every woman out there, both young and Old!
I want to specially appreciate today a unique set of talented young women like ME who were born in the economically disadvantaged neighbourhood informally known as “ghetto” where young women struggle to stand out or sometimes stand out in a wrong form BUT have refused to let your circumstances define you. You are the embodiment of strength, courage, and determination, and your journey serves as an inspiration to us all. We might not be where we want at the moment but our efforts so far are echoing GREATNESS already 😊
Growing up in the “ghetto” we often face countless challenges and obstacles that can make it seem like our dreams are out of reach. But sisters, it is nothing impossible when you believe in yourself and refuse to settle for anything less than you deserve.
Just dare to dream big, pursue your passions with unwavering dedication. You have to work tirelessly to break free from the constraints of your environment and to carve out a path for yourself that defies expectations. The sky is vast and boundless, with more than enough room for all talents to shine brightly. You have to prove that where you come from does not determine where you can go, and that your potential knows no limits.
To the ambitious young women still in the ghetto, I urge you not to succumb to the low standards set by society or to allow the limitations of your surroundings to hold you back. You are capable of achieving greatness, and your circumstances do not define your worth or your potential.
Believe in yourself, chase your dreams relentlessly, and never let anyone tell you that you are not worthy of success. Surround yourself with positive influences, seek out opportunities for growth and self-improvement, and never lose sight of the incredible potential that lies within you.
Together, let us continue to uplift and empower one another, to break down barriers, and to create a world where every young woman, regardless of her background, can thrive and succeed.
