Last week, we attended a Civil Society Scale Up Nutrition in Nigeria (CSUNN) meeting. This meeting was aimed at influencing the legislative arm of Government to do more with regards to promoting nutrition and food security here in Nigeria.
This meeting brought together various legislators, International donors and of course CSUNN members like our organization.
As an organization, we are really committed to promoting nutrition and food security here in Nigeria.

We recently took part in a TB Network CBOs meeting. This meeting was held at ENSACA Auditorium, GRA Enugu, on Tuesday, July 14th 2026.
This meeting was called to underscore the need for network members to really take their membership seriously.

This past few days, we have been busy at the office engaging in so many knowledge sharing sessions aimed at reducing malaria here in Enugu State.
In this regard, we recently joined other CSOs here in Enugu State on a training aimed at improving our knowledge of both Human Centered Design (HCD) and Multiple First-line Therapies (MFTs).
The foregoing are approaches, which help to improve acceptability of anti-malaria drug usage; amongst community members here in Enugu State. Furthermore, they are also cost effective and highly feasible.
This training was funded by UNITAID through JHPIEGO in conjuction with ACOMIN.
Our commitment to reducing malaria here in Enugu State is never in doubt.

Earlier this month, we participated in a week’s training for CSOs here in Enugu. This training was organized by the National Agency for the Control of Aids (NACA) for CSOs working in the Gender and Human Rights (GHR) field.

Last week, we participated in a workshop, which was centered on reducing the Gender Based Violence (GBV) and HIV/Aids prevalence rates here in Enugu State, Nigeria.
This workshop culminated into the setting up of a gender task force for which; we are a part of here in Enugu State. This task force includes members from relevant Government agencies and ministries. In addition to members from various Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).
As an organization, we are ever so committed to addressing GBV and HIV/Aids issues here in Enugu State.

Last week, we celebrated the International Women’s Day (IWD) by hosting a radio program. This radio program brought together girls and women; who talked about the importance of partnering with men and boys to end all forms of violence against women and girls. This particular activity was funded by the Tides Foundation; through the Girls Voices Initiative. This is part of our ongoing campaign to promote girls and women voices; through the use of radio.
