Every year on November 12th, joins the global movement to raise awareness about Pneumonia and highlight the urgent need to protect children from this preventable and treatable disease. Unfortunately, pneumonia remains the leading cause of death in children under 5.

The theme "Child Survival" calls for collective global action to strengthen child health through timely vaccination, improved nutrition, cleaner air, and access to essential treatments. It serves as a reminder that safeguarding every child’s right to breathe freely begins with prevention, awareness, and equitable healthcare for all.
