Progressive Minds for Peace and Sustainable Development (PRO-MINDS NG) has continued its humanitarian support to less privileged Muslim faithful during the holy month of Ramadan through its annual Iftar feeding and food distribution.
Over the years, the organization has remained committed to supporting vulnerable communities by providing meals for breaking the fast and offering food assistance to families in need across the state. This initiative is aimed at easing the challenges faced by many households during the fasting period and ensuring that they are able to observe Ramadan Respectfully
As part of this year’s support, the organization distributed 100 bags of rice to assist vulnerable families ahead of the Sallah celebration.
The flag-off of the distribution was held today in Damaturu under the leadership of the Executive Director, Hon. Emanuel Ayuba Degubi, with the support of members of the PRO-MINDS NG team.
