What is the Integral Life Practice Support Group? Old and new attendees are welcome to the ILP group on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Integral Life Practice is not a religion, theology, church, or exclusive community. It is simply a set of practices that optimize your own personal development towards a more capable, productive, and fulfilled YOU. There are four categories/modules of practice, whi

ch can range from short 1-minute versions to longer, more intense versions: body, mind, spirit, and shadow. We also encourage a 5th module-- service-- to open your heart to an ever-widening circle of care and compassion. These can be applied to any religion or even those outside of religions.
