Beloved leaders, ministers, members, friends, and the entire Sacred Music International family across the world,
Today, we gather with grateful hearts to celebrate 21 years of God's faithfulness.
Twenty-one years ago, God planted a vision in our hearts—a vision to raise Kingdom voices, develop lives, and impact generations through music ministry.
The vision of Sacred Music International is:
"𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗚𝗼𝗱’𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻; 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗻𝘂𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗚𝗼𝗱-𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻.”»
For 21 years, this vision has been our heartbeat.
What began as a simple act of obedience has grown into a platform through which men and women have discovered their gifts, developed their abilities, been empowered for ministry, and released into their God-given assignments.
Some who once came as learners are now leaders. Some who discovered their gifts through SMI are now leading worship, serving as music directors, mentoring others, recording songs, and impacting lives through the Gospel. Some have even answered the call into full-time ministry.
These are not merely achievements; they are evidence that the vision is alive.
𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗙𝗬. 𝗡𝗨𝗥𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘. 𝗗𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟𝗢𝗣. 𝗘𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥. 𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘. 🔥🎯
Today, we give all glory to God for sustaining Sacred Music International through 21 years of joy and sacrifice, victories and challenges. He has remained faithful.
I sincerely celebrate every leader who has carried this vision with me over the years. I celebrate our founding members, past and present members, choristers, instrumentalists, ministers, supporters, and partners.
Every rehearsal attended, every journey made, every seed sown, every song rendered, every prayer offered, and every sacrifice made has contributed to the story we celebrate today.
𝗔 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗢𝗡 ✨🔥
As we celebrate this milestone, I also want to announce an important transition in the life of Sacred Music International.
After much prayer, reflection, and consideration, effective 11th August 2026, SMI will no longer hold its regular weekly Sunday rehearsals.
This is not because the vision has failed, nor because the passion has diminished. Rather, it is a response to the realities of this season and the increasing demands on our leaders and members.
𝗦𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿.
We are simply entering a new phase.
We will continue to gather for major ministry engagements, especially 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗴𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗠𝗚𝗫), 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿, as well as trainings, special worship gatherings, tours, and other ministry opportunities as the Lord provides.
Our structure may change, but our purpose remains the same.
𝗞𝗘𝗘𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗢𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚
As we step into this new season, I want to encourage every member of Sacred Music International: 𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝘂𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴.
The end of our regular weekly rehearsals does not mean the end of our commitment to SMI.
Whenever meetings or rehearsals are scheduled for specific events and ministry assignments, let us make every effort to attend and participate consistently.
Let us also remain committed to 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗠𝗜 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.
And whenever financial needs arise in the course of our ministry activities, let us willingly support the work according to our ability.
The strength of a vision is not sustained by one person alone. It is sustained by people who believe in it, pray for it, support it, and give themselves to its fulfillment.
𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆.
The vision remains.
The passion remains unquenched.
The mission continues.
And the Kingdom remains our focus.
To everyone who has contributed to these 21 years, 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂. ❤️🙏🏾
Thank you for believing.
Thank you for serving.
Thank you for sacrificing.
Thank you for standing with the vision.
The photographs and memories of these years are more than records of the past. They are testimonies of lives touched, gifts discovered, leaders raised, and destinies awakened.
21 years have passed, but the vision is still alive.By God's grace, the best days of Sacred Music International are still ahead of us.
𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝟮𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆! to the entire Sacred Music International family across the world.
May God continue to use us.
