In the tapestry of life, God weaves certain people into our stories with such divine precision that their presence becomes a testament to His infinite wisdom. This is the beautiful story of my encounter with Mr. Ugi Augustine a connection that has blossomed into something far greater than I could have imagined.
It began with a simple Facebook message in 2021. My heart was moved when I saw Mr. Ugi's post on teaching coding to a 6-year-old girl. As the Executive Director of Atycare Initiative, I saw in this moment a glimpse of what could be possible for countless children in the rural communities of Cross River State. When I reached out to share my vision, his immediate responsiveness spoke volumes about his character.
Fate had more in store for us. Through the divine orchestration of our mutual friends, the Okoi's Mr. Ugi was recommended for the position of Atycare Initiative's BOT Chairman. I'll never forget our first meeting the moment he heard our vision; his eyes lit up with an unmistakable fire as he also shared his life experiences and connected with our vision. In that instant, I knew this wasn't just a coincidence; it was God's perfect timing.
What followed has been nothing short of miraculous. As our BOT Chairman, Mr. Ugi has gone above and beyond, channeling resources from his company, Nugi Technologies into our projects for children and widows. His commitment to lifting the vulnerable has transformed countless lives in our community.
Today, on his birthday, the entire Atycare Initiative family celebrates not just another year of his life, but the embodiment of selfless service and visionary leadership he represents. Mr. Ugi, may your path ahead be filled with the same light and love you've shown to others, and may your years be blessed with continued greatness.
