Today, in Calabar, Cross River State, we joined the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and partners and the National Commission for Refugees, Migrants and Internally Displaced Persons (NCFRMI) to celebrate the strength, courage, tenacity in the face of adversity, and resilience of every refugee.
On and every other day, we as an organization pledge to continue to stand in Solidarity .

Today, we joined our donors, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and other partners to celebrate the World Refugee Day in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
While we continue to demand for a World where refugees are welcomed and included, we will continue to stand in Solidarity .

Today, our team went on a partnership development visit with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) technical team to meet with the Cross River State Commissioners of the Ministries of International Donors Coordination (MIDC), Commerce, and Agriculture.
The purpose of these visits was to discuss opportunities for collaboration and partnerships in the state that the UNHCR and its livelihood partner, Cuso International, can explore.
Cuso International will continue to collaborate and partner with Cross River State to ensure the integration of refugees and to guarantee that their critical livelihood needs are met.

The Entrepreneurship Development Training (EDT) for 2024 participants is currently ongoing across some of our project locations. The EDT allows participants to learn the basics as it concerns entrepreneurship. It also provides them an opportunity to develop business plans which will serve as a blueprint for their businesses.

*Who We Are Looking For*

The Food Security and Livelihood (FSL) Manager is responsible for planning and implementing the food security and livelihood program in adherence with Cuso International and donor guidelines. The FSL Manager will report to the Senior Manager, Programs while working closely with the Finance Officer on admin related issues.

The FSL Manager will also provide technical leadership, supervise program staff, and coordinate with other technical heads in the implementation of all program activities ensuring the programs are on time, on scope and on budget.
