Building Skills, Strengthening Organisations, Creating Impact

The Mastering Programme Narrative & Report Writing 101 capacity-building training has officially come to an end!

Over two days, staff, volunteers, young professionals, and representatives of younger NGOs came together to strengthen their skills in programme narrative development, report writing, storytelling, planning, and impact communication.

Led by experienced facilitators from GREENCODEโ€™s leadership, programme management, and communications teams, the training provided practical knowledge and opportunities to learn, practise, and improve how we document the work we do and communicate the impact we create.

We believe that better reporting leads to stronger accountability, better learning, and greater impact. A big thank you to all participants and facilitators for making the training a valuable and engaging learning experience.
