Official Statement: International Women's Day 2026
World Peace & Climate Change Diplomatic Organization (WPCCDO)
On this momentous International Women's Day, March 8, 2026, the World Peace & Climate Change Diplomatic Organization extends heartfelt greetings and profound respect to women and girls across the globe—true architects of peace, stewards of our planet, and champions of justice.
This year's theme, "Give To Gain", resonates deeply with our mission. When we give—through investment in women's education, leadership, rights, and climate adaptation—we all gain: stronger communities, resilient ecosystems, reduced conflict risks, and sustainable development for future generations. Women's empowerment is not merely a goal; it is the foundation of lasting peace and effective climate action. In regions vulnerable to environmental degradation and instability, women's voices and contributions drive innovative solutions, foster dialogue, and build bridges across divides.
We recognize the invaluable roles women play in advocacy, grassroots mobilization, diplomacy, and policy reform. By giving women equal opportunities, resources, and platforms, we multiply progress toward gender equality, environmental sustainability, and global harmony.
WPCCDO reaffirms its commitment to collaborative diplomacy: partnering with governments, civil society, and international bodies to amplify women's leadership in peace processes and climate negotiations. Together, let us embody "Give To Gain"—offering support, solidarity, and action—so that every woman and girl may thrive, and our shared world may flourish in equity and peace.
Happy International Women's Day!

In unity and solidarity,
World Peace & Climate Change Diplomatic Organization

SUDAN: A CALL FOR HUMANITY, A PLEA FOR PEACE

While the world’s attention remains fixed on Ukraine and Gaza, Sudan bleeds in silence. This is not just another conflict—it is the world’s largest humanitarian crisis, eclipsing others in scale, suffering, and neglect.

Since April 2023, Sudan has been ravaged by a brutal civil war between the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Rapid Support Forces. The result?
- Over 150,000 lives lost
- 12 million people displaced, the largest displacement crisis globally
- 30 million in need of aid, half of them children
- Famine, r**e as a weapon of war, and genocide declared in Darfur

Yet, Sudan remains in the shadows—overshadowed by louder headlines and geopolitical interests. This silence is not just tragic; it is unacceptable.

WOMEN AND CHILDREN: THE FORGOTTEN VICTIMS.

Sudanese women and children bear the brunt of this war:
- 7 million women and girls have lost access to reproductive health services
- 17 million children are out of school
- Gender-based violence has surged by 288%

Despite their suffering, Sudanese women continue to lead grassroots peace efforts, demanding inclusion and justice. Their courage must be matched by global action.

A CALL TO GLOBAL LEADERS.

We call on leaders at all levels —local, national, and international to:
- End the war through diplomatic pressure and peace negotiations
- Fund humanitarian aid to meet the $4.2 billion needed to save lives⁽⁴⁾
- Protect women and children, ensuring their safety, dignity, and rights
- Support Sudanese-led peace initiatives, especially those led by women

Sudan is not a footnote in global affairs. It is a test of our shared humanity. If we fail Sudan, we fail the very principles of justice, compassion, and peace.

Let us not wait for history to judge our silence. Let us act—boldly, urgently, and together.
