Women Leadership Training – Review
We are proud to reflect on the successful completion of our Women Leadership Training series, which featured four impactful sessions focused on leadership, economic empowerment, and sustainable development.
Throughout the trainings, participants gained valuable knowledge in areas such as Women in Leadership, Business, Saving and Financial Management, Marketing Strategies for Agricultural Products, and Climate Smart Agriculture with Adaptation Strategies.
Each session was highly interactive, incorporating group discussions, breakout sessions, and one-on-one engagements that allowed participants to share experiences, learn practically, and build confidence.
The trainings have strengthened women’s capacity to actively participate in community decision-making, form supportive groups, improve their public speaking skills, and take on leadership roles within their communities.
We are excited about the growth seen so far and remain committed to empowering more women with the knowledge and tools needed to drive positive change and sustainable development.
