Hello. Good morning. This is a reminder about H3 foundation’s medical outreach event scheduled for October 2023. This event involves routine physical examination, essential health education, distribution of health supplies and general medical tests for young women living a community in calabar, cross river state. We need your donation to purchase and provide the necessary healthcare materials for the various procedures and tests, refreshments in food and drinks for the volunteers and patients and logistics to the location for all volunteers and health care professionals. It’s that time again, the time where H3 foundation seeks support from you.

H3 will be going on a food drive within calabar to give out a plate of food, drinks and water to homeless children.

Tomorrow hopefully, the days for girls kits put together by H3 Foundation empowered by donations from a lot of kind, generous people will find their home in the hands of young girls in need of them. Thank you so much to everyone that contributed to this project in one way or the other, you have a beautiful heart and may beautiful things always return to you. I hope that by this time tomorrow I return with pictures of the receivers smiling happily at the camera with their kits in hand, and with the education on the use and care of the kits as well as care for themselves.
