Our visit to Edgerly Memorial Girls' Secondary School was not just a success — it was a defining moment.
Our visit coincided with their inter-house sports rehearsals. The field was alive. The air was charged. Cheers echoed. Yet something extraordinary happened. A very good number of the students ditched sports to listen to us. As they heard the walls of the auditorium vibrate with their colleagues’ echoes of excitement, they bolted off from the field into the hall.
Something was calling them.
We spoke intensively on “Identity.”
Identity is the fulcrum that pivots purpose, discipline, leadership, excellence, impact, and success. It is the unseen force that determines whether a life merely exists… or truly matters.
The majority live on identities forged for them by life experiences, upbringing, families, society, government, and culture. And so, they end up living every other person's life but their own. They grow up acting out scripts already written for them. Scripts of limitation. Scripts of fear. Scripts of quiet surrender.
These make them doubt themselves. Live at life’s mercy. Survive, not thrive. Feel empty. Walk through achievements without fulfilment. Smile publicly, yet wrestle privately.
Eventually, they turn to other things to fill the great emptiness within. Some seek validation from people who are equally searching. Others become overwhelmed with addictive behaviours. Many more cling to “unmentionable” fantasies, hoping they will silence the ache.
But the emptiness does not shrink.
It avalanches.
This is the power of IDENTITY.
The cause must be treated, not the effect.
And this is why we are going round schools challenging the status quo. Grooming young elites we can all be proud of. Rescuing tomorrow today. Awakening the sleeping giants and giantesses within these champions. Calling them back to who they truly are — before the world told them who to be.
Because when a young person discovers identity, discipline becomes natural. Leadership becomes responsible. Excellence becomes inevitable. Impact becomes generational.
The principal of Edgerly Memorial Girls' Secondary School has already given us a date for a second touch — this time with the senior students.
This is only the beginning.
We are willing to visit your school, church, youth organisation — wherever youths can be found — to ignite a wildfire that will burn greatly and brightly, bringing about unparalleled transgenerational impact.
We are not just running programs.
We are restoring identity.
We are rebuilding confidence.
We are shaping posterity.
We are a beacon of hope to every young person out there — and to POSTERITY.
