MRF-M-rabiu foundation is a charity organization based in Kano state, Nigeria, that focuses on health and education issues. It was created by Muhammad Rabi'u Bala, a businessman and philanthropist, with the support of YODTBAH Organization NG, a non-governmental organization that creates and supports other NGOs and foundations in Nigeria. The foundation aims to improve the lives of the people in Kano state and beyond by providing access to quality health care, education, and social development. Some of the projects that the foundation has undertaken include empowerment, entrepreneurship in small business skills and donating foods items for hospitals etc, and constructing a student affairs center. The foundation also collaborates with other partners such as the Abdul Samad Rabiu Initiative Africa, the BUA Foundation, Dangote foundation and the youth organization for the development of technology benefiting in advance for the Hamlet (YODTBAH NG) .
