Our mission is to empower underserved communities by eradicating educational inequalities, providing accessible healthcare and fostering economic/community development.

Behind every student chasing a dream is a family cheering them on through every challenge.🎓

This heartfelt message from a beneficiary's mother speaks to the hope, relief, and gratitude that can come when opportunities meet determination.

As one of 20 law students supported through Wunti Al-Khair Foundation's educational intervention, her son's journey is a reminder that access to support can make all the difference.

Stories like these remind us that impact is not measured only by numbers, but by the lives behind them, and when one student is empowered, an entire family shares in the victory. ✨💜

Democracy is more than a system of government. It is the belief that every voice matters, every person deserves opportunity, and every community deserves the chance to thrive. 🇳🇬✨

On this Democracy Day, we celebrate the values of participation, inclusion, accountability, and service to others. We also recognize that the strength of a nation is reflected not only in its institutions, but in the well-being of its people.

As we reflect on our shared journey, may we continue to work toward a future where every child can learn, every family can access quality healthcare, every young person can realize their potential, and every community can flourish.

Happy Democracy Day from all of us at the Wunti Al-Khair Foundation. 💜

Have you ever wondered how visually impaired and hard of hearing adolescent girls learn to care for themselves during their menstrual cycle? 💜

Today, the EmpowerHer Initiative visited the Special Education Centre at General Hassan Usman Katsina Unity College, where we spent time with the sweetest young girls who were eager to learn about proper menstrual hygiene practices. 🌸

With the warm support of the school and its teachers, we shared meaningful conversations, sanitary products, and educational materials in a safe and welcoming environment. ✨

The girls also participated in entrepreneurial skill sessions where they learnt how to make products such as shampoo, liquid air fresheners, and Izal disinfectants, and their excitement while learning was truly beautiful to witness. 💡

Moments like this remind us that humanity begins with how we show up for one another, especially for young girls who deserve guidance, support, care, and opportunities to grow confidently.

We are deeply honored to be part of experiences like this, and we truly believe this is only the beginning. 💫

In celebration of World Menstrual Hygiene Day, the EmpowerHer Initiative team alongside Aidcode visited Government Girls College Special School, Kafin Madaki. 💜

We spent the day with such bright, cheerful, and amazing young girls, sharing conversations around proper menstrual hygiene and creating a safe space for learning and confidence. 🌸

The girls also participated in entrepreneurial skill sessions where they learnt how to make products such as shampoo, liquid air fresheners, and Izal disinfectants. Watching them learn with so much excitement and curiosity was truly beautiful to see. ✨

Additionally, there were games, laughter, meaningful discussions, and sanitary products shared with the girls, and honestly, it was such a beautiful and fun experience for everyone involved. ✨

Thank you so much for welcoming us so warmly, GGCSS Kafin Madaki. Your girls are truly special, and we loved spending time with them. 💫

Team Capacity Building - DAY 2 ✨

We came back with open minds and left with clearer direction. 💜

Day 2 took the conversation even further by reflecting on how we collaborate, support one another, and continue moving the Foundation forward while staying grounded in the values that guide our work.

Our facilitator shared insights that were both practical and inspiring, and we’re grateful for the conversations, lessons, and perspective poured into the team as we begin to take action.

Two days of learning, reflection, and growth and the journey ahead excites us.✨

Team Capacity Building - DAY 1 ✨

Growth doesn’t happen by accident, it’s something we choose intentionally, again and again. 💜

Today, the Wunti Al-Khair Foundation paused from the day-to-day work to invest in the people behind the impact. We made room for the kind of conversations that don’t always fit into busy schedules like honest reflections on our values, how we’ve grown as a team, and what it truly means to serve our communities well.

Our facilitator brought thoughtful perspective that challenged us to think deeper, grow stronger, and show up better in the work we do.

Day 1 done. And we’re only getting started. ✨

A few moments from our Ambassadors Ceremony ✨💜

As we welcomed a new team of ambassadors and celebrated those who have served with dedication over the past year, the room was filled with inspiring conversations, meaningful connections, and a collective passion for impact.💜

The ceremony was a beautiful reminder of what community, leadership, and shared purpose look like in action. Here’s to another year of impact, representation, and community-driven change across the LGAs in Bauchi state. We’re excited for what’s ahead! 🚀
