- Regular screenings and self-exams can help detect breast cancer early
- Know your risk factors (family history, genetics, age, lifestyle)
- Be aware of symptoms (lumps, changes in breast shape/size, ni**le discharge)
- Support research and awareness efforts

World Food Day is an international day celebrated every year on October 16th.

It is observed in over 150 countries to promote worldwide awareness and action for those who suffer from hunger and to highlight the need to ensure healthy diets for all.

​World food day serves as a reminder on the ongoing challenges of poverty, hunger, malnutrition,and food insecurity. It stresses the importance of sustainable agriculture and collective global action.

LEAM EDUCATION Foundation Participates in" 5km walk for Breast cancer Awareness"

LEAM EDUCATION FOUNDATION participated in a Sensitization and Awareness campaign “Her fight is my fight" organized by the ALHERI FOUNDATION of Bauchi State in collaboration with the Ministry health Bauchi

The foundation was represented by Mrs Lydia Julius jobdi who attended on behalf of the organization to support the discussions aimed at creating Cancer awareness and importance of personal medical examination in Girl child from Age 12 and women.

LEAM EDUCATION Foundation remains committed to supporting initiatives that promote education, empowerment, and equal opportunities for women and children across Bauchi State.

International Day of the Girl Child is observed every year on October 11 . It is a globally recognized day declared by the United Nations to highlight and address the needs and challenges girls face, while promoting girls' empowerment and the fulfillment of their human rights.

LEAM EDUCATION FOUNDATION raised an awareness and promoting empowerment of the issues facing girls worldwide — such as:

-Gender inequality

-Child marriage

-Limited access to education

-Violence and abuse

-Poor health and nutrition

-Encourage leadership and participation of girls in decision-making.

-Support access to quality education, health care, and opportunities.
