Assignment Title:
Consultancy to Facilitate the Review and Adaptation of Cooperative and Market Union Bye-laws and Constitutions through a Participatory Process that Promotes Inclusive Practices and Introduces Voluntary Quotas for Women and Youth in Membership, Leadership, and Decision-Making Roles.

Scope of Assignment
The selected Consultant will be responsible for the following:
✅ Facilitate stakeholder consultations.
✅ Guide the participatory review process.
✅ Support drafting of proposed amendments.
✅ Produce required reports and deliverables in line with the Terms of Reference (ToR).

Eligibility Requirements
Interested consultants should possess:
.Demonstrated experience in organizational governance, policy review, institutional development, or related fields.
• Experience facilitating participatory stakeholder engagements.
• Knowledge of gender and youth inclusion approaches.
• Proven track record of similar assignments.

Earlier this week, we conducted a capacity building training for staff focused on photography.
The session was designed to strengthen practical skills in capturing high-quality images for documentation, reporting, and storytelling.

Participants were taken through key basics such as composition, lighting, framing, and effective use of camera for field photography.

The training also included hands-on practice, giving staff the opportunity to apply what they learned in real time and improve their visual documentation skills.

We remain committed to continuously building the capacity of our team to enhance the quality of our program reporting and communication outputs.
