Dear Alh. Shamsudeen Bala Mohammed,**

**Subject: Request for Support to Provide Educational Materials for 100 Vulnerable Students Resuming Second Term**

We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. The Bauchi State Women and Orphan Empowerment Forum writes to commend your unwavering commitment to social development and to humbly request your support in ensuring 100 vulnerable children in Bauchi Metropolis resume their second term with dignity and adequate learning tools.

As the academic session resumes, many vulnerable students face barriers to accessing education due to the lack of basic materials. Our organization, which supports 1,500 underprivileged children in Bauchi Metropolis, provides school uniforms and books to 100 students per term (or annually, based on available resources). This term, 45% of the 100 targeted students have received assistance, leaving **55 children still in urgent need of support**.

**Breakdown of Costs:**
- **Uniforms**: ₦7,500 per student × 55 students = **₦412,500**
- **Books/Supplies**: ₦3,500 per student × 55 students = **₦192,500**
**Total Required**: **₦605,000** (Five Hundred and Five Thousand Naira).

Your esteemed intervention will not only secure these children’s education but also inspire hope in their families and communities. As the son of His Excellency, Governor Bala Mohammed, your involvement would further amplify our cause and encourage others to join this noble effort.

We kindly appeal for your support to cover the outstanding costs for these 55 students. Your generosity will be formally acknowledged in our outreach programs and reports, and we are open to discussing any preferences you may have for recognition.

Attached are our organizational profile, budget details, and a list of beneficiaries for transparency. We would be honored to meet at your convenience to discuss this further.

Thank you for considering this request. Together, we can ensure no child is left behind in Bauchi State.

Request for Support to Provide School Uniforms and Books for 55 Vulnerable Students**

Dear Mr. Tuggar,

Greetings from the Bauchi State Women and Orphan Empowerment Forum. We write to respectfully request your partnership in ensuring 55 vulnerable children in Bauchi Metropolis resume their second academic term with dignity and essential learning materials.

As part of our ongoing efforts to empower underserved communities, we provide school uniforms and books to 100 vulnerable students per term, prioritizing those from orphaned or low-income households. This term, 45% (45 students) have already received support, leaving 55 children still in urgent need. Each child requires:
- **Uniforms**: ₦7,500
- **Books/Supplies**: ₦3,500
**Total per student**: ₦11,000
**Total for 55 students**: ₦605,000

With 1,500 vulnerable children registered in our database, we strategically assist 100 students per term based on resource availability. Your contribution will directly ensure these 55 students attend school equipped to thrive, fostering hope and breaking cycles of poverty.

We humbly appeal for your support to cover the remaining ₦605,000 or any amount feasible. Your generosity will be acknowledged in our communications (if desired), and we are happy to discuss transparency measures for fund utilization.

Kindly contact us at [Phone Number/Email] to facilitate this initiative. Together, we can transform lives through education.

Thank you for considering this request. We look forward to your positive response.
Yours sincerely
