πŸ’œ Why Are Affirmations Important for Every Girl?

A girl becomes what she repeatedly believes about herself.

In a world where many girls face challenges, stigma, self-doubt, and limitations, positive affirmations help build confidence, resilience, and self-worth. They remind girls that they are capable, valuable, intelligent, and deserving of opportunities.

When a girl speaks positively about herself, she begins to believe in her potential, pursue her dreams with courage, and overcome obstacles with confidence.

Every girl deserves words that uplift her, inspire her, and remind her that her future is brighter than her circumstances.

Because empowered girls don't just change their own livesβ€”they change their families, communities, and the world.

πŸ’œ Believe in yourself.
πŸ’œ Speak positively to yourself.
πŸ’œ Become the woman you were created to be.

EASYWAYPad – Keep a Girl in School Project 1st Phase

As part of our commitment to promoting menstrual health, education, and dignity for girls, GANVI Women and Youth Empowerment Initiative (GANVI-WAYEI) successfully conducted the EASYWAYPad-Keep a Girl in School outreach program.

The program provided girls with menstrual hygiene education, Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) awareness, and practical knowledge on the use and maintenance of reusable sanitary pads. Beneficiaries also received reusable sanitary pads kits to help reduce period poverty and improve school attendance.

Through interactive sessions, girls gained valuable knowledge on personal hygiene, reproductive health, self-confidence, and menstrual management. The outreach also encouraged open conversations around menstruation, helping to break stigma and promote dignity.

The smiles, participation, and positive feedback from the girls reaffirmed the importance of investing in menstrual health and education.

We sincerely appreciate our partners, sponsors, ambassadors, volunteers, and supporters whose contributions made this impact possible.

Together, we are keeping girls in school, promoting dignity, and building a more .

*JUNE – OUR MONTH OF UPLIFTMENT*

As we welcome the month of June, Ganvi Women and Youths Empowerment Initiative invites our entire community to embrace what we have designated our Month of Upliftment, a season dedicated to growth, renewed purpose, and deeper impact.
This month, we are reminded of why our work matters.
Every programme we deliver, every life we touch, and every community we serve reflects a shared commitment to creating meaningful and lasting change.

May June be a month in which opportunities expand, vision sharpens, and every obstacle encountered becomes a foundation for greater progress.

To our staff, volunteers, partners, beneficiaries, and supporters, your dedication is the heartbeat of this organisation.
You inspire hope daily, and we are deeply grateful for your continued commitment to our mission.

As we journey through this month together, we wish each of you progress, good health, wisdom, and open doors, both in your work and in your personal lives.
Let us continue, as one, to uplift lives, strengthen communities, and build a future where every person has the opportunity to thrive.

Happy New Month.
Together, we rise.

Today, on Menstrual Hygiene Day, we stand together to promote dignity, education, and equal opportunities for every girl and woman.

This year’s theme, β€œTogether for a ,” reminds us that menstruation should never be a barrier to confidence, health, or education.
At Ganvi Women and Youths Empowerment Initiative, through the EASYWAYPad Project, we remain committed to breaking stigma, promoting menstrual hygiene education, and keeping girls in school through access to reusable sanitary pads.
Every girl deserves to manage her period safely, confidently, and without shame.

Together, we can build a world where no girl is left behind because of her period.
