Can you tell the difference between your menstrual flow and your menstrual cycle?

Many girls can't, and that's why learning to track your period is so important.

Knowing your cycle helps you prepare, understand your body, and manage your menstrual health with confidence.

As schools go on break, our Bleed With Pride school outreach will pause and resume next term. We can't wait to continue empowering more girls!

📖 Want to learn how to track your period the right way? Everything you need is inside the Bleed With Pride Handbook—your practical guide to menstrual health, period tracking, and puberty.

Don't miss out. Get your copy today because every girl deserves this knowledge.

And yes, the boys are part of this conversation too.

Because when boys understand menstruation, they are better equipped to show empathy, offer support, and help create an environment where no girl feels ashamed of something that is a normal part of growing up.

At the heart of this project is a simple belief:

No girl should grow up uninformed or afraid of menstruation. Nurture and Empower Her Initiative

The launch was only the beginning. ❤️📖

What happens after the launch?

For us, the answer is simple: we take the conversation to the schools.

Following the official launch of Bleed With Pride Handbook, our team has commenced school-to-school awareness sessions, taking conversations on puberty and menstruation directly to girls and boys.

But this work was never meant to be a one-day event.

Bleed With Pride was created with sustainability in mind. We wanted to create a resource that would remain in schools and continue to serve students long after our team has left.

Because awareness should not end when the facilitators leave.

The handbook gives schools a resource they can continue to use—something teachers can refer to when guiding conversations, and something students can return to whenever they have questions about puberty, menstruation, and caring for themselves.

Through our school visits, we are creating safe spaces for students to ask questions, correct misinformation, and understand the changes that come with puberty and menstruation.

Menstruation is normal. It is not shameful. Every girl deserves the knowledge to understand her body, the confidence to care for herself, and the freedom to grow with dignity, confidence, and joy.

This is why Bleed With Pride is more than a handbook.

It is a resource that remains.

A conversation that continues.

A tool that keeps educating, even after we have gone.

One school at a time.
One conversation at a time.
One girl at a time. ❤️
