FEND YOUTH INITIATIVE (FYI) as the name implies train and empower youths to fend for themselves as well as become bread winners to their immediate family and become useful to the society at large. To foster Unity and Peace amongst the youth via empowerment through vocational training and skills acquisition.

Our Goals.
1). To gather and remove youths from street lives and to make them a better person in the society by training them in vocational and other skills acquisition, and also empowering them to fend for themselves.
2). To build a boarding school where vulnerable youths would have to attend free, so as to start building the society from the classroom. To create a peaceful society through positive investment in youths. Our Mission
Teaching and Empowering youths to Fend for themselves and create wealth for a sustainable source of livelihood. We are currently training Apprentice in Computer, Sewing (Fashion Design) and Beauty Salon (hair styling)
1). Some of our programs that have been lined up are musical shows, which we hope to pass the message of peace as well as harness more young and upcoming musicians.
2). Also is a football competition which we believe shall attract youths from off the streets
3). Schools magazines for those within the walls of a formal learning, we made this magazine publications, so as to communicate with ease to pupils and students and to enlighten them.
4). Others are television programs
We are targeting youths of eighteen (18) years and above, which cut across, orphans, destitute, displaced, and distressed youths, ex-convicts, prostitutes, gangsters, and school drop-outs. We also try to motivate them by providing them with daily stipends, transport fairs, writing materials, hat and vest, feeding etc
We have two programs
1). The Certificate program: which is offered to all and sundry, whether they are rich or poor, we offer this service freely, however, we do not provide such trainees with the daily stipends, transport fairs etc
2). The empowerment program: is offered to only vulnerable youths in the society, and has the daily stipends, feeding etc, and at the end of the program, we set them up in empowered by providing them with the adequate machinery for their take off.
