Readers Resort Initiative of Africa is a Non –Governmental Organization, incorporated with corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with her headquarters in Benin-city, Edo state, Nigeria. Readers Resort Initiative Of Africa is a revolutionary vision commissioned to tackle the urgent challenge of mass illiteracy which has been the bane of our economic and manpower advancement in the continent of Africa.

Otsemobor, a Nigerian, is a celebrated success as an entrepreneur, prolific writer and renowned motivational speaker. To him and other Members, Board of Directors who are accomplished in their respective fields as core professionals, this assignment is worth everything there is. It's a sublime story that all began in 2006/2009 in obscurity until the fullness of time. Its official registration was in 2015. Inspite of all odds, it has recorded significant milestones with its spread and impacts on it's core mission. It's partners in South Africa, Europe, UK and America explains its power of network and level of solidity. It's

Project name; “LEADVOLUTION AFRICA”

Project Summary:

The term “LEADVOLUTION” is an acronym from the word Leadership and revolution.

“Leadvolution Africa” in this context, is a leadership turnaround in Africa, in order to raise new crop of leaders for the next generation of Africa that are skillful, innovative, creative and equipped to proffer solutions to the rot in the political and economic settings in the continent of Africa.

“Leadvolution Africa”, is a project in phases with definitive programs with 15 years’ time frame, with the capacity to redress all the societal menace (Cultism/criminality, poor reading culture, human trafficking/prostitution, terrorism/militancy etc.) that is bedeviling the growth and image of Africa in the global community.

Ideally, we hope to bring on board relevant stakeholders with the interest of the continent of Africa at heart seeing that the emancipation of Africa calls for immediate attention.

Through “Leadvolution Africa”, which comprises the following activities;

1. Reading Championship Contest (RCC): A platform for building future leaders through reading (as true readers are leaders) for sustainable human capital development.

2. Special Essay Competition for Nation Building: Addressing topical issues that bother on the minds of the citizenry and government calling for imminent solutions are raised on the part of our contestants across the various levels of our institutions (Primary, Post Primary and Tertiary levels).

3. Mentorship and Advocacy programs: we have conceptualized models to mould adolescents and youths to be enviable role models that will transform African society.

A great deal of sensitization would have been achieved on the part of the creaming number of youths and adolescents whose hopes and aspiration for a better Africa have been dashed but will regain rays of hope through our impactful programs that will enable them discover scores of opportunities that still exist for them in the continent of Africa.
