From my last video, I talked about a groundbreaking project we're embarking on at Empower Youth Rise, aiming to revolutionize the way we prepare young minds for success. Initially, our target was 200 youths, but I'm thrilled to announce that we're scaling up our impact to EXCELLERATE 500. We are now empowering 500 young people with cutting-edge leadership development and entrepreneurial skills, equipping them to become visionary leaders, innovative problem-solvers, and change-makers in their communities.
Last week, we had a productive brainstorming session with some of our team members, including Olumide Kolawole Ibrahim Odion Daniel Chimankpam Iwuchukwu Israel chinedu Adumo Perebo and many others. We dove deep into strategic planning, exploring innovative ways to foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration among our participants. We discussed mentorship models, methods of monitoring and impact assessment, industry partnerships, and sustainable solutions to ensure our impact lasts a lifetime. The ideas were flowing, it's an amazing discussion, we are making great progress and I'm thrilled to see our vision unfold. Our team is more committed than ever to unlocking the full potential of our youth and shaping a brighter future for Africa.
