AMANA SICKLE CELL FOUNDATION VISITS BWSO KATAGUM LGA OFFICE

Yesterday, Monday, June 1st, 2026, our office officially re-opened after the Sallah break with a very special and important visit from the leadership of the Amana Sickle Cell Foundation.

The Coordinator, Ahmad Musa, hosted the delegation to deliberate on critical areas of humanitarian service and health advocacy for our communities. The session provided an excellent opportunity to explore how we can channel our shared values into sustainable, grassroots-driven healthcare interventions that protect and support vulnerable individuals across Katagum Local Government Area.

During the engagement, the foundation shared their extensive network of domestic and international partnerships. They highlighted their active alignments with globally recognized health bodies and organizations, including:
• Global Alliance for Sickle Cell Disease Organizations
• Global Action for Sickle Cell Disease and Other Inherited Blood Disorders
• Global Alliance for Non-Communicable Diseases
• Nigerian Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) Alliance
• World Health Organization (WHO)
• Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare
• Nigerian Heart Foundation

We are deeply encouraged by this visit and look forward to leveraging these institutional standards to roll out impactful health sensitization and relief programs. Together, we remain fully committed to our core mission of selfless community service and uplifting those who need it most.

TRULY TALENTED LIMITED (TTL) COLLABORATES WITH BALA WUNTI SUPPORT ORGANIZATION (BWSO) TO TRAIN 30 STUDENTS LEADERS IN KATAGUM

TTL, in collaboration with BWSO, is Organising a Capacity Building Workshop on Leadership, Personal Branding, Scholarship, Communication and Leveraging Technology for Success.

The one-day training is set to hold on Saturday, 30th May 2026 in Azare with 6 sessions to be facilitated by equally passionate emerging leaders.

The target participants are predominantly Katagum students in tertiary institutions who have exhibited some zeal towards leadership and service.

As part of the ongoing ward-to-ward mobilization and grassroots engagement, the Bala Wunti Support Organisation (BWSO) paid a strategic visit to Chinade Ward in continuation of its efforts to strengthen community participation and political awareness at the grassroots level.

The visit witnessed the active participation of community stakeholders, youths, women groups, and party supporters, who warmly received the delegation and expressed their commitment to the vision and leadership ideals of Dr. Bala Wunti.

During the engagement, discussions centered on unity, inclusive development, grassroots empowerment, and the importance of collective participation in building a better future for the people. The delegation also appreciated the people of Chinade Ward for their continued support, loyalty, and dedication to the movement.

The visit further reinforced BWSO’s commitment to maintaining close relationships with communities and ensuring that the voices of the grassroots remain central to the organization’s mission and activities.

Kungiyar Bala Wunti Support Organization (BWSO) reshen ƙaramar hukumar Katagum, ƙarƙashin jagorancin co-ordinator Ahmad Musa, sun gudanar da ziyarar wayar da Kai da yada manufofin BWSO a yankin Madara ward

Wannan ziyara mai cike da armashi ta fara ne da kai ziyarar girmamawa zuwa fadar Hakimin Madara, inda aka gabatar da gaisuwa tare da bayyana manufar wannan tafiya ta cigaban natasa da jihar Bauchi. Daga nan kuma tawagar ta wuce zuwa fadar Dagacin Madara domin ci gaba da nuna mutunta shugabannin gargajiya da neman albarkarsu.

Bayan haka, kungiyar ta gudanar da zama na musamman da ƙungiyoyin matasa da na mata, inda aka tattauna muhimman hanyoyin mobilization da kuma ƙarfafa haɗin kai domin cigaban yankin da kuma tabbatar da nasarar tafiyar Dr. Bala Wunti.

Haka zalika, kungiyar ta kai ziyara ga mutane masu buƙata ta musamman, musamman nakasassu, inda aka duba halin da suke ciki tare da ba su tallafi domin rage musu raɗaɗin rayuwa. Wannan mataki ya nuna irin tausayi da kulawar da kungiyar BWSO ke da shi ga al’umma baki ɗaya.

Shugaban Cibiyar Bala Wunti Support Organization BWSO, Comrade Mukhtar Ahmad Jarmajo, ya sanar da ƙaddamar da shirin tallafa wa mutane masu buƙata ta musamman a ƙaramar hukumar Katagum, inda za a bai wa mutane 200 tallafin naira dubu 200 kowannensu domin fara kasuwancin POS.

An bayyana cewa shirin zai gudana ne a dukkan mazaɓun ƙaramar hukumar, da nufin samar wa masu larurar hanyoyin dogaro da kai, rage barace-barace, da kuma bunƙasa ayyukan hada-hadar kuɗi a matakin al’umma.

Mukhtar Jarmajo ya ce shirin na daga cikin ƙoƙarin Cibiyar BWSO na tallafa wa marasa galihu tare da ƙarfafa tattalin arzikin yankunan karkara.

MADACHI STANDS SOLIDLY WITH BALA WUNTI AS BWSO HOLDS MASSIVE COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

On Sunday, 11th May 2025, the Bala Wunti Support Organization (BWSO) recorded another major milestone as supporters, stakeholders, and community groups gathered massively in Madachi in a strong show of solidarity and support for the leadership and vision of Bala Wunti.

The BWSO delegation received a warm welcome from the people of Madachi upon arrival, followed by a peaceful procession to the palace of the Emir of Madachi before the commencement of the main gathering. During the royal courtesy visit, the aims and objectives of the organization were presented to the Emir, who expressed happiness and appreciation over the presence of BWSO in the town.

The Emir acknowledged his familiarity with the humanitarian and community development activities associated with Bala Wunti and offered prayers and royal blessings for the continued success of the movement and its leadership.

After the palace visit, activities moved to the main venue where a large crowd of supporters and residents had already gathered. Representatives from all 23 polling units in Madachi attended the event, with each polling unit represented by delegates under the structure of the Bala Wunti Support Organization (BWSO).

The gathering also attracted the participation of several community organizations and support groups, including women’s associations, youth groups, elders, widows, and local volunteers who came out in large numbers to identify with the movement and its vision for the future.

Among the organizations present were the Madachi Development Association, the Okada Riders Madachi, transport unions, traditional mobilizers, and several grassroots support groups who contributed immensely to the success of the outing through mobilization, logistics, and awareness activities.

The event served as another clear indication of the growing grassroots acceptance, political strength, and widespread support for Bala Wunti
