Most youth in SE/SS Nigeria don't lack ideas. They lack the 3 things that turn an idea into a business. ⬇️
1️⃣ A written plan
Most ideas live only in people's heads. The moment you write it down what you're selling, who you're selling to, and how you make money everything becomes clearer. A business plan doesn't have to be 40 pages. One page is enough to start.
2️⃣ One person who has done it before
A mentor who has built a business in your field is worth more than any course or certificate. They know what works in your specific market. They can save you years of wrong decisions.
3️⃣ A community that holds you accountable
Most people give up not because the idea was bad but because they were surrounded by people who didn't take it seriously. The right environment changes everything.
