Too often, we celebrate womenโ€™s rights in words.

But what happens after the hashtags fade?

What happens after the panels end?

What happens after the applause?

This International Womenโ€™s Day, we are shifting the conversation from promises to progress.

March is here and with it comes a fresh reminder of the strength, resilience, and impact of women everywhere.

As we step into Womenโ€™s Month, we celebrate not just achievements, but the courage to speak, to lead, and to challenge systems that need to change.

This month is about moving beyond words into action, amplifying voices that matter, and creating space for meaningful progress.

Hereโ€™s to a new month of purpose, bold conversations, and continued strides toward equity.

Welcome to March.

Today, we showed up.
For the girls. For their safety. For their future. ๐Ÿค

Our She Lead Safe Initiative outreach is officially done, and our hearts are full.

โ€ข Shared knowledge on menstrual health & hygiene
โ€ข Talked about digital safety and cyber awareness
โ€ข Open conversations on self-worth and confidence
โ€ข Reached and empowered young girls with dignity kits
โ€ข Laughed, learned, connected, inspired

Every girl reminded us why this work matters.
One conversation. One voice. One life at a time.

Thank you to everyone who supported, partnered, and believed in this mission.

Leaders in Making. Always. โœจ

Some conversations matter a little more.
Some days carry a little more purpose.

Small steps.
Quiet impact.
Real conversations.

๐“๐จ๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ซ๐จ๐ฐ is one of those days for us at She Lead Safe Initiative๐ŸŒธ

Quiet preparations, big hearts, and a shared commitment to protecting and empowering young girls.

Weโ€™re showing up where it truly counts, in the community.

If youโ€™re around Amawbia, keep us in your thoughts and support the cause. Change starts with presence

FGM is not culture.
It is not care.
It is not protection.

It is violence.

From cutting, stitching, scraping, pricking, to so-called โ€œmedicalizedโ€ or hospital procedures, every form of FGM is harmful and a violation of a girlโ€™s body, health, and human rights.

No child should suffer pain to prove purity.
No girl should lose her dignity to tradition.
No woman should carry lifelong trauma in silence.

At She Lead Safe Initiative, we stand for safety, bodily autonomy, and freedom for every girl.

Educate.
Speak up.
Protect.
End FGM.

At SheLeadSafe Initiative, we remain committed to protecting the dignity and well-being of the girl child.

Through our recent pad distribution outreach in partnership with Rev. Fr. Chike Obagolum and TINA, we provided essential menstrual hygiene support to young girls, reinforcing our belief that access to sanitary products is not a privilege but a right.

This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to promote health, confidence, and uninterrupted education for girls in our communities
