Honorable Agbateyiniro Weyinmi Isaac , a former Member Of Delta State Executive Council, Commissioner of Youth Development Delta State, was born on the 14th day of November in 1974, he is married with beautiful children, hail from Warri South local government area of Delta State, he has served in various capacities both in the public and private sector, he has also answered the call of his people to serve at various instances, he is a dedicated member of the comrade community, he is a fine gentle man with accommodating personality,

Hon. Agbateyiniro Weyinmi Isaac, while as commissioner of youth development, in his less than a year in office as Commissioner, mediated and settled differences amongst youth bodies across the state, he is loved by the youth of Delta State, The maiden or first ever Policy of the Ministry of Youth is coined:" The M.O.R.E. -YD-E⁷ SERIES modelled after the M.O.R.E Agenda of His Excellency, Right Honourable Elder Sheriff Francis Orowvodo Oborevwori, the Executive Governor of Delta State . This Policy has as its vertebrae column, in seven thematic areas that encapsulate all areas of youth development. Hence, this policy is accepted by all as the key that will unlock the developmental potentials of all delta state Youth, his office is open for all, he welcomes ideas that will bring about peace, especially amongst the Youth and a better Delta State in line with the MORE Agenda of His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Delta State of the Governor.
Upon his performance as commissioner for youth development, the party PDP thought it wise to redeploy him to contest for the Warri South Local Government Council.
Precisely July 13th he won at the polls, emerging as the Warrii South local government chairman.
Hon. Agbateyiniro Weyinmi Isaac campaigned vigorously with the MORE GRACE AGENDA, subsequent to this fact, he has in less that 100 days in office accomplished the following
- rebuild the burnt section of Igbudu market
- construction of the Obodo/Omadino Road
- first ever warri south student bursary’s schemes.( N20,000 each for 1 thousand beneficiaries)
-N10 million Niara Trader Revolving Loan scheme
-Rebranding of all markets with customized aprons
- N20,000 Naira monthly payment to People living With Disabilities
-N20,000 Naira month payment for widows
-N20,000 Naira monthly payment for Senior Citizens (65yrs and Above)
-Construction of 2 modern Abattoirs at Pessu market
-construction of 2 Modern Cold room at Pessu market
- Construction of Ifiekporo Bridge
- Construction of Meat Cafe at Pessu Market
- Painting of all Kerbs accross the Local
Government
-clean up of all roads and walk way
- clearing all drains, canals and water ways to reduce flood threats .
- Insatllaltion of Signage’s
- Operation Zero tolerance to potholes
- marking of all roads with relevant road signs
-Clearing of water hyacinth from water ways
-radical monthly and daily sanitation across the local government
-beautification works across major roads
As part of measures to improve governance, the Executive Chairman established major committee including
1) The Warri Brand Committee
2)The Warri Investment Development Committee
It is also in record that this administration is the only to have a supervisor on human capital development, and a supervisor on Innovations and Sport.
